Sure, but thing is — Kesha will never have any evidence he raped her. There is nothing, it happened to long ago, and it took her a long time to work up the courage to press charges against him, knowing full well that it would be splattered across the world via tabloid, and she knows damn well the stigma attached. The attitudes in here towards rape are astoundingly naive and ignorant.
Of course Luke can't be convicted of a crime to which there's no evidence he committed, but he also shouldn't be let off so easily when there are so many signs throughout the years that even a half-decent Kesha fan would have clued up on. We know he's been HORRIBLE to her for years as at least one thing.
That alone should have been a deterrent.
