Her song has been climbing slow since September, it just didn't hit #1 on the Hot 100 until recently because her airplay was low. It's been top 10 on iTunes though for at least 2 months
This has nothing to do with hitting #1. Or the radio. It would have went #1 on just sales anyway. Girlfriend sold 610k in one week, not over the course of time... one week. Second most one week sales ever.

Wow, it wasn't that horrible. At leat Ke$ha knew what she was doing. And her fans don't have to make up lame-ass excuses on why she sucked so much, like that her heel broke while she was performing or some ****. coughcoughcough.

People tend to get a boost during album releases and she got an airplay explosion recently too.
But I agree Christmas did help a lot, hopefully she stays there longer.
As much as she sucks live, I appreciate the fact that she at least makes an attempt to sing the whole song live and add some choreography to it as well.
But I kinda have mixed emotions about it. It sucked but like, it still sounded like the original song.

You can CLEARLY tell she was live. And she does use autotune on her album, what does that have to do with this performance?
ANYWAYS, Ke$ha did pretty good since her last performance. I don't expect much right now since she is still a new artist and developing things as an artist. Like someone said, at least she is trying and improving even if it is slowly.
How do people dare mentioning Gimme More performance? I loved that performance, I'm not kidding, Britney
Anyway, Ke$ha performance isn't that bad really... And she doesn't suck singing live really, she lost her breath by some time near the end of the song, but she didn't suck... It's not a memorable performance, but at least she's promoting her record-breaking ****!
hopefully it falls faster. I'll admit: Kesha improved from what she did on Alexa Chung
