no, because being insulted for your body can cause permanent insecurity about your looks even if you lose weight. and that's great, but that probably only applies to maybe a few dozen people out of the thousands that saw the video and just thought it was stupid. also i'm actually kind of skeptical of that even happening at all.
and losing weight takes a long time, and i don't like the idea of making someone hate themselves for months even if they did feel better about their body afterwards.
actually, there are quite a few cases of girls that used to be overweight and being insulted for it dropping the weight and getting eating disorders because they become completely obsessed with not being fat and always see themselves as fat even after they lose weight. so no, it's not as simple as losing weight and immediately feeling good about yourself.
