You can't make claims and not back them up in a court of law. Period. that doesn't mean it couldn't have happened but just that he couldn't be found guilty. Same as how a murder must be found guilty with no reasonable doubt. If there is even a little bit of doubt then the person gets off no matter if they did it or not.

I don't think his career is over. To be honest all he has to do is change his stage name and do the max martin thing and never step into the public eye or do interviews. I think Her career is over however and that is unfortunate if he actually did do something to her

The real problem here is that even if she can work with other producers he still has a saying on everything she does.. who will she work with, what songs can she record, what will be a single, budget, etc EVERYTHING. Luke owns her and he'll obviously wont do anything for her she can work with others but that aint better she still has to deal with him for every little thing regarding her music. So this is why Sony threated her to say she lied because they did this and were trynna do it before they judge ruled it out.

She's probably gonna file an appeal and that will take a while for it to be either accepted or denied.

It's a factual thing to say. Although every rape is without doubt hate-filled, every rape does not fit the legal definition of a hate crime since you would have to prove that the main reason for the rape was the person's gender and not another factor.
