A lot of gays have a very damaged and oppressed life by society, so they see things in a negative way and drag each other instead of standing together.

But this does not make sense at all, right? As in this type of situation that I have noticed here:

Someone that is both white and gay "drags" the other person for being the same and liking one specific genre of music which the person is "dragging" also likes.

Of course stereotypes exist but there I don't see point of calling out someone that is doing the same thing as you, like if it was actually wrong, depending the type of situation.

The bullied usually becomes the bully. It's such a vicious cycle that we need to end.

when you project you attribute characteristics that you don't like to someone else. in this case since in society gay men are criticized for being feminine in the gay community we put others down for being so as well because society is conditioning us to reject that side of ourselves.
