This. Unless the black precincts in Milwaukee haven't reported yet, Bernie's 6 point lead will only grow from now.
56% of Milwaukee has been reported (that's why the lead shrunk so drastically). However, Bernie is doing REALLY well in Madison and only 19% of their votes are in. I think Bernie may win this by about 15%. She needs a bigger lead than what she has in Milwaukee to keep it under 10%.

Ah. I haven't paid attention to Wisconsin at all I've been to busy so I don't know anything about the counties and such

True. She needs to really keep it under 16 though because that's the mark he has to hit to be on track for the nomination
