He's not like Clinton now, who always has her prepared and rehearsed answers. Ultimately that's what it comes to do with any candidate. And that's not shade to Hillary, it's just how presidential campaigns are. There are advisors who prep you with answers to give and I honestly don't think Bernie is interested in giving those types of answers most of the time. Truth is no one knows how they will turn their issues into law until they get behind the desk, meet with a team, their cabinet, etc.
But Bernie's going to have to start prepping more with his team. Him saying he's not sure how it will happen is a perfectly fine answer because at the end of the day that's true with every candidate, they just don't admit it. Bernie flat out admits that his policies can't be acted without the help of the American people demanding it.
