The only sexually explicit Eurovision songs I can think of are Ninanajna by Elena Risteska (Macedonia 2006) and Song №1 by Serebro (Russia 2007). We need more sex bops tbh, tired of the vanilla love songs.

im gonna get you from that guy from Russia? all Sakis Rouvas songs?
So basically Sweden and Bulgaria are the only ones charting in foreign countries. The latter with no promo or overexposure or Melodifestivalen hype at all. There's also Russia, but he's only charting very low in satellite states.
Not MF, a local show, counting as promo in other countries
Local? Have you seen how much the Eurovision channel on YouTube and every single Eurovision blog publicized it? They basically publicized it more than all the other national finals and entries all together.
