-Sending Dr. Luke a birthday card saying "You're the foxest producer ever. I love you" after years of being abused by him.
-Ke$ha's mother sent Dr. Luke an e-mail in 2011 (the rape she knew about happened in 2005) saying 'You are part of our family, and I hope you know, as much as you have been there for Kesha and me, that we will always be there for you, as family, and friends, if you need anything', 'You have changed our lives forever' and 'I know you are going to be a great dad' ... she said this years after supposedly knowing about her daughter getting raped by him and mentally abused.
-Both Ke$ha and her mother lied under oath and contradicted themselves on video when asked about Dr. Luke.
-Ke$ha claims she went to see a Doctor at a clinic right after she got raped by him and yet couldn't even provide evidence in court for that.
-Ke$ha resigned and extended her contract with Dr Luke many years after the alleged incident. You would think she would refrain from extending a contract with someone so evil.
-Plus if she truly got raped and abused by him, why didn't she file a criminal complaint in court last year? She only took him to court over a contract NOT for actual rape.

Kesha was homeless with basically no money in LA, and her mother and sibling were destitute and in poverty back in Nashville. Its much easier in retrospect to analyze her actions as being contradictory, but its pretty obvious that her family's affections towards Luke were because she went literally from rags to riches because of him. Yes she lied under oath and said she was never raped but why was that question even being asked in the first place? That was in early 2011 when their relationship was "good" way before any drama began so what had led those prosecutors (who were in a legal case Luke and Kesha vs her old management) to have ANY knowledge of potential misconduct.
Its pretty clear that Luke coerced Kesha to bury that incident deep in return for financial success. Also the statute of limitations for the rape would have run out considering it was 11 years ago.
