Looking for non-lgbt icons to prop up as the face of your community again?

Some of y'all want every straight pretty woman to be an ally but then turn around and shade actual lgbt figures over insignificant **** or you pay them no mind at all. Makes a lot of sense.

Instead of crying about whether a cis-hetero woman is the face of a movement decidedly not about her, how about we rally around actual queer people and allow queer people to tell their own stories. A novel concept, I know, but it could be effective, I think.

Some fools don't even appreciate the game men and women that struggled and fought for lgbt right in the first place, this is the same forum that shames gay men and women like them with homophobic insults.

Bey's fanbase is primarily comprised of young women (like most pop stars) and she has stated her views on gay rights. No she's not holding up LGBT picket signs on the White House lawn, but the notion that she doesn't acknowledge the LGBT community is completely false.
