Maldives is one of the low level island nations which is already in the process of buying land from Australia and might move the entire nation there in the event the island gets submerged one day. Nations have been fighting and killing each other over land for millenia but I wonder if they will put aside their greedy interests and finally show some solidarity and welcome entire nations of climate change castaways when that day comes.
