Pokerface sold 7.2m copies in the USA. It needs to sell another 2.8M copies or she needs streaming that is equal to 2.8m copies. How many streaming does she need. What is 100m streaming as sales? was it 1 sale = 150 streaming? How do you calculate that?  I'm sorry but my math sucks lol

Why tho? Poker Face is already certified Diamonds (10x Platinum), the equivalent of 10,000,000 copies.

I think a Nielsen update on her singles and albums would be nice, once again, for her birthday.
I think it's been a year since we got the last update regarding her sales in the US, except for Poker Face and Just Dance (October 2).
Considering, Poker Face, being staple in the iTunes Top 1500 and also receiving some nice bumps with all the promo spots lately, has been selling about 1,7k/week, that means it should be at about 7,300,000 pure sales.
Applause, on the other hand, which was at 2,58M last year, considering it sold about 800/week, should be at about 2,630,000 right now.
Just Dance, with 7,01M copies as of October 2nd, being her 2nd or 3rd best selling single, about 1k/week, should be at about 7,035,000 copies.
I' m more excited for ARTPOP album sales (746,000 as of April 5th 2015) and C2C album sales (717,000 as of a few weeks ago).

Yeah, I feel like we'll get a Billboard update at her 30th birthday or when LG5's lead single drops / debuts on Billboard. Hopefully Just Dance becomes diamond certified before the new era too.

She has 65M streams on spotify and 194M views on youtube. What is this equal to? How are you guys doing it but i wanna know if its close

It ain't close. It's currently 8x platinum in the US, its sales are still good, but its recurrent streams are simply not good. It'll take a while for iT to reach 9x platinum, and another while for iT to finally get that Diamond cert.
Only US streams count towards its cert. It has about 260,000,000 streams from YT & Spotify (god knows how many from the US). Just so you get an idea, if all these streams were from the US (they aren't since they're WW, but just imagine), and with JD's sales, it still wouldn't be enough for it to be diamond.

I checked its US streams on Youtube for the past 1.5 years and they are around the 20% of its worldwide total streams. Assuming the same goes for Spotify, its total US streams must be around 60 million at most.
