Instagram detected it as spam. Also, Halsey found it on Tumblr, do you know how much stuff is reblogged that isn't even original? Like. As if Halsey's gonna search Google, find the original, then see if they linked their insta and credit them
Also, Tumblr is a website dedicated to making photos/memes/quotes viral. The girl got what she wanted, she just hated the fact it reached a larger audience with the promo.
