It does...unless you don't mean menstruation cramps.
I've never had an abdominal spasm so I wouldn't know lol. I love hamstring and calf spasms though.

Honestly, the worst pain I've ever felt was a cramp in my leg. I almost ****ing cried. It left me sore for like 2 weeks.
