Nick Carter and the rest of the Backstreet Boys also have exciting plans on deck: a possible concert residency in Las Vegas.
“We have a deal with Live Nation, which is the touring company, and we just signed a 9-show deal to do sort of like a test run in Vegas with the residency” Carter told ET at the Los Angeles premiere of his SyFy zombie western, Dead 7. “So that’s definitely going to happen, but we’re going to do a trial run first.”
Artists have been headlining Vegas for generations before Britney and will after.

No. It's called the new thing for older acts to still make money. Britney was not solely responsible for this. If anything she may have helped, but her alone? No. Lol. The reason it's happening a lot more now is because so many acts have been seeing success doing this so other acts are doing it too. It wasn't just Celine and it wasn't just Britney.
Seriously their touring schedule is so impressive in the last decade.

"Younger" doesn't necessarily mean younger than Britney. Britney, JLo, and BSB all debuted around the same time and all appeal to the same, younger, demographic. But you knew what I meant.
