I agree with the mockery sentiment. Things like stretching your eyes, blackface was done as mockery. While white face was done earlier because people of color wanted to attain white beauty standards and now sometimes as a reflection/statement like the one in the above picture.
I'll post an example when support / standing up for non white people goes far beyond just support etc and turns into blatant hatred..

Prime example of black people being racist and even though its rare, such ideas are wrong. You cant blame every white person living in 2016 for what happened in the past..
