this is a pointless thing to say and downplays the number of starving people in the world. It doesn't even sound accurate. i used to volunteer at an elementary school where the majority of kids only ate at school because they didn't get proper meals at home, and this is in the US. Everyone focuses on the accuracy of the BMI, but I think what counts as starving/underweight needs to be reassessed
We're still probably the fattest either way
