In a video obtained by DailyMail.com, Kylie can be heard telling the three tweens in a stern voice, 'Don't touch me' as a large security man helps the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star inside Craig's in West Hollywood. One of the young ladies had been pulling on her arm.

The girl is practically screaming @ Kylie while there's a million papz surrounding them (which I thought was illegal), her bodyguard is whisking her away, and it's just overall very chaotic.
It does look like Kylie... at least smiled or smirked for the girl's selfie while walking in.
It doesn't look like she paid the girl complete dust, and there was nothing wrong with asking the girl to not grab her. All she said was "Please, don't touch me" which is basic common courtesy.
I would accuse her of being overly privileged and an appropriator of diva culture, but she kinda looks like Halsey on the BADLANDS cover so she's alright I guess. I like her wigs.
