Season 7 was far from tragic, compared to Series 3 and 4's tacky story lines
People just wanted the Teen versions of the characters back and we got them more mature and that's what threw people off. Cassie's episode was one of the best written episodes for the whole franchise.
Generation 2 had great characters but terrible plots for the most part, while Generation 3 had incredible plots but boring characters.
Gen 1 was the only Gen to combine both.
EDIT: Yeah Thomas was annoying. He gave Pandora hell and then did the same thing
