If the others are as relevant in the industry as Camila, they wouldn't just sit with the group projects. They don't have solo projects because they can't, not because they want to save for the group. It's not Camila's fault that she's actually the only memorable member in a generic girl group.

Worth it was pretty much over by the time I know what you did last summer came out and you can argue having Camilla in a song before fifth harmony released work from home helped keep their momentum.

Who's to say that one of the other girls can't strike lucky and collab with someone, that turns into an legitimate hit, and all of a sudden Lauren is in the UK promoting her #1 duet, while the rest of the girls are all working together in L.A.
And Ally gets a hit with Pitbull and she has to go promote in South America?
It's these kind of things that will destroy the group so early on.

She's promoting herself to the same audience as the group's audience, but as a solo artist, and getting herself more attention. This. People have to understand that this doesn't just come down to "well as long as she's physically there for her 5H priorities, it's all fine". There's so much more to it than that. Releasing a song while her group was on a long break wasn't bad because nobody was really talking about 5H at that point. But if this song were to come out when 5H has a currently promoted single, that will look terrible for the group as a whole. And I'm sad that she either doesn't seem to understand that, or she does but doesn't care

I guess I'll just hold out hope that this is somehow a group feature or that this won't make their album.
