How? Lori died because she went into labor early under a huge amount of stress and she couldn't push the baby out so Maggie had to cut her stomach. Totally different case.

But either way, there's little chance that Maggie will die because she has an important story line with the Hilltop, unless they are giving that to someone else.

It would be very interesting for the baby to die and turn into a zombie inside her, but without killing her. Sad and creepy, but interesting.

That could potentially be one of the most shocking and disturbing scenes in Television history tbh. But i don't see them doing that. Maggie is too important right now.

Apparently the opening credit music plays at the end of the Negan audio. Is this true? I'm trying to keep myself unspoiled on some things... Some on Reddit are speculating that the Negan entrance is the finale's cold open... which would make sense if the kill happened as a POV shot.
