Apple Music is buggy as hell. Sometimes it deletes my whole offline library.
This happened to me few weeks mad as hell! Thankfully I had my android laying on me during my roadtrip! So much for people clamoring in about flawless sync "just works..this that"

Cringe
I am juggling between iOS and Android, Apple Music on Android is a lot more flexible due to OS' nature. I also need to add Spotify has swipe gestures on iOS which makes switching tracks back and forth a breeze.
Spotify actually does sound tinny even on Extreme (320) quality setting. I am not trying to sound biased either, Tidal on high quality (not the HiFi overpaid option) sounds significantly clearer to Spotify.

It did that to me too while I was still using the trial. But it didn't even fully delete it, it just corrupted all the music data (aside from literally two songs), meaning it was still taking up a huge chunk of space on my phone and wouldn't allow me to access or delete any of it.
That's why I stayed loyal to the streaming game-changer Spotify, and didn't brand-hop to an inferior product that had been ripping off its customers since its founding.
They should have an option for it, but Crossfade is like having an amateur DJ mix your songs together.
The gaps help songs separate themselves. Also it becomes a mess when you listen to full albums because albums are produced a certain way to be cohesive and Crossfade ruins that.
