So, I'm not much of a Survivor fan, but I think I'm going to start watching this season because Debbie is my friends' mom. Without spoiling anything major, is this season any good? And what are some other good seasons to watch? Just asking because if I get into the show, I'm gonna want to watch other good seasons as well.

I would definitely recommend you watch Pearl Islands, China, and Tocantins if you like this season. If you like normal messy reality TV, Gabon would be a great season to watch too.
Infections are nothing to mess around with I had a staph infection a few years ago, looked almost kind of like Neal's back but kind of worse, I almost died either way It was a miserable 2 and a half months of recovery, I still get phantom pains from where it was
I really liked Neal. It's not so common that I like guys on Survivor that much, but he was a good one. So sad to see him go like this. Especially with Scott and Jason still there. I bet Jason's beard is the thing causing the infections.
