It's very clearly not okay for a grown man/stranger to ask two underage girls to come into his car. If he was concerned that they were in trouble or needed help with something he can offer to call the police or flag down a nearby security guard or something.
Stop acting like every man's intention is to rape the child for offering to help. I've taken rides from strangers before even as a child and I never got raped. That's just called being nice.

I used to think it wasn't that bad, but I was with my sister waiting to get picked up, and there was a car waiting for the light to go red and it was just they were literally screaming from their car and my sister was like 'lmao don't worry, it happens all the time'. That's ****ed up.
