It's worth the $10 a month. Also, the interface is a lot nicer than Spotify, the music has better quality, and you can edit and taylor your personal music library to however you want it to look with album covers, names, etc.

This is false. Spotify streams at higher quality, and if your library happens to be compressed lossy audio files, iTunes will convert them to AAC another lossy file. All this does is give you the same crappy file. While in Spotify provided you don't upload your own music, it will be converted from a lossless file which means it'll be of a higher quality at a higher bit rate right from the source. Even if you don't have your library on Apple, Spotify still streams at a higher quality.
Like I said before, interface is subjective. They're neck and neck, Spotify has better music discovery and a strong social aspect. While Apple is more tailored to giving you what you like, with contact to artists. Personally, Spotify knows you to a T and will give you a playlist based on what you listen too. Apple has the for you section but its not great, there's little to no music discovery.
Op that's my $.02
