Personally I love being gay and I'm EXTREMELY open about it. I feel as thought it's been a blessing in disguise. But I notice a lot of gay men are very self-loathing and tend to put down guys that they deem 'too gay', and imo that's just incredibly hypocritical. yes! I love being gay and I think it's a blessing, I love my sexuality and I love that I can be whatever I want without fearing another. the gayer the better indeed! I hate gays who bash bottoms or feminine gays!
No, I'm only proud of things I've earned. I don't believe we should be proud of our race, sexuality, or culture. It is ok to celebrate it, but pride is different.

I'm proud to say I'm bisexual, sure. I didn't use to be though, I was a self hating mess I'd like to see anybody try it with me about my sexuality. I'll shut them down right quick. No bi haters allowed

So are you opposed to people being proud of their heritage? I think that's certainly a good thing to be proud about! But yea I see where you're coming from. I think the struggles breed a lot of resilience.

I'm not proud, nor am I ashamed. My sexuality is as much a part of me as my right arm is, for example. I don't go around feeling immensely proud of having an arm either tbh.
Yes, I'm very happy about being gay and I like that I can look at cute guys and not give two ***** what anyone thinks. I'd love to have a boyfriend soon though.
