It's def a new album. She said she's done with Revival.

Let's remember that AYWR was released in September and WTSGD in June so it's not hard to believe she'll probably release this fast again.

Probably she'll release the single around May-June and new album August - September

Its definitely a new album. She said she will work on it during the tour. That would only make sense if she wants to release it right after.

Even though Selena isn't a power vocalist, she knows what kind of music fits her.
She also works with producers that know how to bring the best out of her voice (I.e., layering, etc.)
Songs like "Good for You" and "Hand to Myself" are prime examples, and this seems like it's gonna be reminiscent of those songs. (Very breathy and sensual)
