This thread returns as soon as I finish my year-end!

At the beginning I thought this thread was a mess cuz people should know the difference one word and the other one but I regret, this thread is really good for ppl like me who's tryin' to make their English better

Their is used to express belong or ownership.
Ex: Their things are missing.
It's their store.

They're is a contraction of they are.
Ex: They're ugly.
They're about to leave.

There is used to refer to a place, or a concrete or abstract object.
Ex:Their books are over there.
There are many of those.

You should teach them the difference between "its" and "it's."
