are they going to provide them with the education necessary to learn German? It takes more than language to integrate into society and a major part of integration is systematic. You've gotta give them jobs, housing, education and make a concerted effort to welcome them instead discriminating

It should be implicit that if you move to a new country you should assimilate and integrate.

Now, the question remains, will other members of society make an actual effort to make these immigrants feel like they are welcome? A person can integrate, but if they're treated like second class citizens (and are frequently reminded of the fact that they're not "real" Germans, French, Dutch, etc.) it all becomes a pointless endeavor.

Yas integrate them. Finally some good news for muslim women.

They will never integrate completely.

Too late. They are already 2 millions only in Germany. Europe is over. They will never learn german. And they have no education. What can they do? Literally nothing. And 80% of them are young men without passports. Who are they? Nobody knows. I read that at least 4000 ISIS soldiers are now living in Germany as refugees.

it'll be hard for them to become Westerners all the way (the mentality and all), but this is how it should be: accept your new country's laws and mentality or go home.

Germany is reinventing itself in the face of an ever-regressing Europe. Just as Germany was facing a degrading demographic crisis, Angela Merkel invited the whole middle east into her country and soon they will be earning euros and speaking german.
This is the only way Germany can maintain its position as the 4th largest economy in the world and one of the most powerful countries.

But europe is just stupid in general to allow these refugees. Now they are doomed forever. these blasts wont stop

I see nothing wrong with this law, It's normal to learn the damn language before moving to a new country... once when u speak the language u can hope for a job and better opportunities

But it's expected. They should learn German so they can further themselves economically.

Germany has one of the best education systems in the world. If they want to, refugees can assimlate fast. my aunt has taken in 3 refugees. <3

Who would have thought in 1945 that Germany would become the world's sole standing humanitarian country in 2016 (well OK along with Scandinavia). We slay.
