I use those moist wipes you can flush. I was always told not to flush baby wipes because they clog the toilet.

The best thing is to **** at night and then shower, and wash with just water. If that's not an option I just wipe with paper.

Do NOT use wipes or soap you guys!! It's actually been proven to be bad for you. Soap and chemical wipes remove the natural oils from the anal skin.

Well I live in America. So I use toilet paper but also in the process I wet some of the Toilet paper a little bit whenever I can for better cleaning.
