Nothing wrong with this. At my local mall they have family bathrooms which is designed for people with small children but are basically unisex bathrooms and nobody complains or anything

Not everywhere has a handicap bathroom.

There needs to be something done about the lack of cubicles in a male toilet though - I want to pee in peace not at some disgusting thingy

I live in North Carolina. My state recently got flack because the dolts who run the state passed a horrible anti-LGBT bill as a response to Charlotte passing a bill saying that T-girls could use the girls' room

If it doesn't have stalls and just has the one toilet (like at home) then it's a family bathroom. Those are everywhere where I'm from. Are they not common in the south? It's where parents take their little kids, especially when the genders are different, or they want to be sure there'll be a changing station.

Sounds like it's just a family bathroom which can be used by anyone. Everywhere has them. My job has one.
