When the amount of guns in the US has declined so much that police officers don't have to assume that everyone is carrying one. Teenagers could have stolen dad's gun. Better safe than sorry.
In Europe we have reach that level and the cops are nicer.

Sis, I came here expecting this to be about ISIS, just stop with the drama... It's not like everyone in the police is taking shots at every random black person they see, don't act like they're hunting you down. They will continue to shoot at people who commit crimes, regardless of colour
