Tbh I never saw Inside Out but I don't think my answer would change. Zootopia was important af. It was intelligent, insightful, and hilarious. The best animated movie in a LONG time.
I like Inside Out more. Zootopia was alright though, I liked the animals and the animation, the concept and the world building. I thought that the plot was a little predictable at times though, but it was fun.
