For this rate the signature non-anime / NANA / manga adaptation songs of the female soloist who debuted in the 90's or later have been selected (according to last.fm, not the Japanese GP, though some songs do coincide, see First Love). Seiyuus like Nana Mizuki and artists whose career is strongly associated with anime series like Anna Tsuchiya have been omitted. All the artists have 900k+ plays and if their most popular song is used in anime series, the most popular non-anime song was automatically added to the rate. Kumi Koda's TABOO is banned from the rate and Ai Otsuka's Platenatarium is used despite being from a Boys over Flowers adaptation as it is a previous rate winner (along with PONPONPON).

I disagree with some of the choices myself but since there is no way to determine the best song for each artist under Hitlerney's regime within our scarce community, I had to go with the most popular ones for fun. I hope you still participate.
