Europe and South America is Rih. In Africa it's probably also Rih, but Idk how much impact anyone has there, I really don't know that well about Africa

They are kind of tied, tho Taylor's impact in USA,Australia,Asia is far bigger than Rih's impact in Europe or South America so I guess Taylor.. ?

I'm gonna go with Rihanna honestly. Taylor has been in the game for a 10 years, but for those first 6 years she virtually had no impact outside her niche and was very Michael Buble-ish. Red and 1989 are when she had any sort of impact, but Rihanna has been doing this since GGGB, and she also has wider appeal.
