Save your sadness, the truth is we've had your precious Saint Bernie for over a quarter century in Congress. But nobody knew about it, because, again, he's a backbench do-nothing nobody with zero significant accomplishments to his name. But at least he now has something a little extra to add to his once barren Wikipedia page. Good for him.
