Because people have no life and want to find anything negative in a film. Films are made to watch and enjoy, not to sit back with a piece of paper and critique.
With the low rating for the latest Alvin and the Chipmunks film, I was expecting something horrible, but it was amazing. Anyone who hates the ending has NO heart. What Dave did with the chipmunks was almost like the ending of Toy Story 3
I still don't understand the hatred behind the film Sucker Punch. It was a really good movie. It was like Watchmen, but on the shorter side. I loved it. There was nothing wrong with it.

Because people wanted actually to see batman vs superman, not batman with superman. Everything seemed so rushed and dull. Bless god cameos and Jesse Eisenberg, they truly saved this mess.
Because the sequencing is so bad during the first half, the transitions between one scene to the other are not organic. The plethora of un-needed slow motions scenes is awful, the big loud music every time Batman is standing on top of a building or when his armor appears is ridiculous. The battle between Superman and Batman (which is the title of the movie hence should be the essence of it) is one of the most underwhelming part of the movie. The "plot" is hardly a plot. Batman acts out of character of what Batman is.
But...Ben Affleck endorses his role very well, he screams Batman (not as much as Bale but who could really?), he was just poorly written. Wonder Woman is fantastic (people should at least watch it for her) and Superman's history is a bit compelling even if Henry is a little dull.
Let's not. she appeared for a measly 7 minutes and had nothing of substance.

Oh please if you know anything at all about film making you'd know that writers are forced to change their scripts every day to the demands of the director, producers, network, actors, etc. They have almost no say in what the final draft turns out go be. Snyder should absolutely be blamed for everything
