You clearly know nothing about Rihanna then.
1. In 2011 on her Loud Tour you could purchase a meet & greet package.
2. She ended this on her Diamonds Tour in 2013, but still continued to bring die hard fans backstage and walk through the crowd for a portion of the show grabbing hands, taking pictures, and more
3. She stops often in New York, LA, or other big towns for pictures
4. She has perfume meet & greets for the launches of her fragrances
5. She continues to bring fans backstage this tour
She's hard to meet if you're a casual fan I guess, sure.
