Omg I read about this AGES ago - there was a news article talking about these basically 'Tickle Fetish' gay **** sites and stuff and they were doing a documentary about some of the weird stuff that had happened there.

I found one of the tickle fetish forum sites too where they were all discussing it and some of the people on there had starred in the films

Actually, I love tickle torture and male feet that is why I know about this documentary, which is getting rave reviews. The documentary is not about tickling itself but a dark side of it (blackmail, illegal activities)
