Who cares?

Because that had nothing to do with ciara or her team. Those people payed all that money to a third party who wasn't even in talks with ciara and they obviously didn't get a meet and greet because they were ripped off.

This claim is probably false. I can't imagine Ciara as an arrogant person with stronger joy
