Lilyhammer - Mobster in witness protection program goes to Norway because he loves the 1994 Olympics and hits a culture barrier.
It's funny and although some parts are exaggerated, it teaches you a lot about Norwegian customs. He's also one of those guys who gets things done his own way so he can be bad but you still root for him. Also has its dark moments. It's on netflix, I suggest you watch there since you'll need subtitles. He answers the natives in English, but they speak Norwegian to him.
