One World Trade Center reported it was going to display the colors of the Belgian flag in solidarity after the Brussels attacks. Social media however saw something different, as the spire appears, through cameras, as red, white and blue
they can't turn off something that high up, it's a safety hazard... the comments on the FB say it's dark blue in person. it's just not photographing well
