JB's pretty much got the Hot 100 #1 Artist (year-end) on lock.

For the Hot 100 year end? I'm not sure about Drake. Sorry and Love Yourself have already put Justin far ahead in points on the Hot 100 (as well as WDYM?, which spilled over into 2016's tally as well). So far, Drake only has the latter half of Hotline Bling, and those points are probably a bit less than a quarter of what JB probably has right now.

He's way behind right now. But if Views produces a couple of massive singles (very possible) and Company/future Purpose singles don't do too much, the race could tighten up a bit.
It's a small chance, but I think it's a chance.

Is this based on chart runs or points (streaming+airplay+sales)?

Points based on Streaming+Airplay+Sales considering a first period (with the old formula which was being used for 10 weeks) and a 2nd period (with the current and most recent formula)
