why is no one blaming the 100+ verses in the Quran that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule?

When I say Muslims I mean the extremists like the members of ISIS. Obviously they're are millions of Muslims but those who are terrorists make it seem like it's the entire religion.

But anyway, many of them are simply acting the way they do due to those exact verses in the Quran/Jihad and have been since terrorism has been linked to Muslims.
