Cause it's annoying when artists make you wait a month for an album only to change the date. I think this method of announcing gives her the flexibility to continue tweaking things w/o sh
itting on our feelings.
Remember, Haunted video cut was finalized the day she dropped the album. Mine was finished just one week before.
