This is about low-income diversity, due a long-standing history of systematic racism and bias towards ethnic and minority groups, such as blacks, native americans, and latinos. All of the downsides found in this study directly correlate with the lack of education, funding, and opportunities for ethnic and minority groups in the US over the course of 200 years. If you are living in the projects, surviving off food-stamps, and working 3 jobs, you are not going to volunteer or donate to charity. You are not going to have an overall positive view of those around you, nor are you going to feel safe in your environment when everyone around you is constantly struggling to pay rent and buy food for their children.
Homogeneous societies in Nordic countries are at risk for failure as large populations of refugees and minority groups enter either illegally or through amnesty. In 100 years, Norway's perfect education system will bomb, cities will become crowded, and existing systems will either fall apart or need a complete revamp. These people will need permanent housing, healthcare, food, cars, jobs, and so on, all of which, based on the current system, will apparently be paid for by the existing white population. To top if off, homogenous societies will need to confront the issue of race head on for the first time. We're already seeing articles and reports coming from these regions regarding racism and violence. All of this is due to low-income diversity, which is, surprise, caused by white people.
That is the main issue with this study and report. If you actually survey economically successful yet diverse areas, like most of Manhattan in NYC, you'll see enormous benefits from hosting an international audience. The same can be said about Middle class diverse areas in Queens and New Jersey. People feel safe, trust their neighbors, and give back to society in charitable ways. Some of the US's greatest companies and foundations were founded by immigrants (see: Apple). Diversity is also an incredible educational tool for the betterment of society and humanity itself. When you integrate middle to high-income diverse communities into an existing society, the homogenous population is more accepting, curious, and willing to learn. They are also paying taxes, contributing to the economy in a positive manner, and have the resources and time to care for and properly raise their children.

Good response to that blatantly xenophobic post.
