im so over these artists being stingy with spotify. although im sure they get paid substantially to be made exclusives its just so annoying. At least make it available for premium members
Right! I want my paid subscription to have some more perks. Some albums should be available to premium members only.
Most artists who don't put their albums on Spotify would put them on if their was a choice for Premium members to stream the albums only. However Spotify refuses the policy, and said the music has to be uploaded for everyone or nobody.
But there's been rumors of Spotify ridding that policy soon, or better yet, soon getting rid of the free tier of Spotify. Idk. Those rumors aren't going anywhere yet clearly.
Premium is worth it because of no ads, and complete Mobile usage alone. >
The Weeknd Reveals He Gave Almost Half An Album To Drake For 'Take Care'
Quote:
But now, The Weeknd revealed to Rolling Stone that he has nothing but gratitude towards Drake, whom he calls "my closest friend in the industry at that time."
"I gave up almost half of my album. It's hard. I will always be thankful — if it wasn't for the light he shined on me, who knows where I'd be. And everything happens for a reason. ... You never know what I would say if this success wasn't in front of me now."
They should do something like WTT together. Crew Love is still one of the best songs on Take Care.
I love how OGHs use streams to drag Gaga only when it's convenient. I mean AHS Hotel was the most viewed season when counting streaming yet that somehow doesn't count and Hotel was a flop.
