They spent a lot of time going to hospitals and meeting with kids...like they've been doing that for weeks. Doesn't seem that'd be the way to go about it if it was really just for publicity...people are gross
i dont see how getting married in general is a publicity stunt its usually something that should be taken seriously as you'd be spending your like with that person.
