5-6, if I sleep anymore than that I wake up super tired and lethargic for some reason. Usually after 5 hours I feel really refreshed and ready to take on the day.
I'll try to get like 7-8 hours of sleep during the week, less and I'll be a wreck. During the weekends I weirdly wake up after 6 hours though and I won't be tired, Idgi.
4-4.5 hours. Need to go to sleep at around midnight to get up at 4 for work. If i go to sleep earlier i would be up for hours before i need to and be tired the whole day through.
