I usually only sleep 6 hours.
My body feels great when I sleep 8 hours tho so i need to add more hours into my sleep schedule but I can't.
If I pass 8 hours I feel like I wasted my day tbh ....
all in all I just really do not like sleeping..it's one of those things that I wish humans didn't need.
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights I usually get a lot of sleep since my first MWF class starts at 2pm. So about 9-10 hours on those days, but on Mondays and Wednesday I usually only get 5-6 hours because my first class on TuTh is 9:30am. Friday and Saturday nights usually like 9-10 hours too.
what a damn waste of life sis! don't you wake up like "omg I only have 14 hours left...most of it will be spent working or studying/ going to school, eating and going to the bathroom" ?
Ive become a grandma lol. I usually don't stay up as late as I used to. It's 12AM rn, I'm already asleep by this time on most days. I'm only up bc I took a nap earlier I don't have to wake up as early as I used to either so that's good. I sleep 7-10 hrs a day. Maybe 6 on a bad night.
i wish for 10 every night but I normally just do 3-4

I have problems sometimes, If I sleep on one side of the bed, I feel like the hours of rest were useless, but if I sleep on the other side I sleep like a baby
